After spending 20 years in the real estate industry in Brisbane, a few like minded professionals collaborated together to find a solution to help self managing landlords account to their tenants more efficiently.
One of the biggest problems these property managers found, was that most landlords and tenants had difficulty reading their ledgers properly or keep track of their rental payments which was the main reason for engaging in a property manager.
So we came up with a service where we will collect your rent from your tenant, provide them with ledgers and receipts whilst also accounting to you each month with a detailed statement provided.
